I came home really bamboozled today. I don't know what<br />
to make of this situation. I saw Ruby hanging out at the<br />
Durango Café with Woody Gilmore. I don't believe everything I hear but I was quite jarred. I've known Ruby a long<br />
time. She swore to me that she was through with Woody<br />
forever.<br />

They never saw me in a back booth. I could hear them<br />
ordering chili verde just like old times, and Mexican beer,<br />
and Woody even improvised on a Patsy Cline song: "I've<br />
got your picture and he's got you."<br />

They laughed and pretty soon they called the waitress to<br />
bring more cerveza and I kept remembering how Ruby<br />
looked when she heard Woody had gone back to his wife<br />
after being separated for years and she said she didn't want<br />
to see that two-timer any nearer to Hanford than Mobile,<br />
Alabama.<br />

Yeah, I've heard that song before. What could have<br />
changed? Has Woody's wife died, or is he just what Ruby<br />
called him, a two-timer?<br />
